Refund policy
We will evaluate returns on a case by case basis. If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us and we'll do our best to work out a solution.
Refunds
Upon receipt of your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it has not been used and has attached to it all relevant tags, labels and stickers and in its original packaging. If the returned item meets these criteria, we will process a refund less a 5% restocking fee on the value of the returned item to the original payment method. Note that the 5% restocking fee covers administration costs such as payment transaction fees. We do not refund the shipping costs of the original order. Please note that it may take some time for your refund to be processed by your credit card company. If the item was paid for via another method, the refund may take longer to be processed.
Price Adjustments
Our product prices may fluctuate due to changes in paid exchange rates, shipping fees, prices charged by manufacturers and/or time spent acquiring products. We do not do price adjustments.
Defective Item
If you receive a defective item, please email us immediately with a detailed description of the defect and provide supporting photographs of the defective item to initiate a claim.
Incorrect Item
If you receive an incorrect item, please email us immediately with a detailed description and provide supporting photographs of the incorrect item. We will work with you to arrange a refund or exchange.
